The Big Apple

I think I've mentioned before the big caramel apple we get every Christmas? It's from Williams-Sonoma. My sister-in-law's brother and his wife started giving it to us several years ago; it's awesome. It's this huge apple, dipped in caramel and chocolate and then almonds - it's delicious. The apple is actually the best part - it's always so crunchy and yummy. The only thing is, you have to take it out of the refrigerator an hour before you want to to eat it, to make it easier to cut.

I can never plan ahead that far, so we end up eating half the apple at like 10:30 at night.
